The location is excellent because it's close to grocery stores, Bafaqih Bank, and restaurants. There was a smell in the sinks and dishes, so I bought cleaning supplies and hired a maid who washed everything—bathrooms and sinks—with bleach. Some sinks were closed. Overall, it's very good, and I recommend it because of its proximity and high level of safety.

A beautiful, excellent, and top-notch family resort. It consists of a group of fully equipped villas with various cooking facilities and private pools. I stayed in a villa with two bedrooms on the ground floor, a living room and dining area, a pool, a garden, and everything else the resort provides, including mattresses, cushions, and more. The second floor has bedrooms, each with its own balcony. There's a small children's play area opposite the gym. It was lovely and made my Puncak experience wonderful. The view is beautiful, the place is safe, and there are 24-hour security guards at the gate. There's a barbershop directly opposite the resort entrance, and a bakery, an Egyptian restaurant, and a grocery store are all within a 5-minute walk. The resort's location is very convenient for starting activities and hiking; it's practically in the middle of the mountains. A Bafaqiyah ATM and several Arabic restaurants are also nearby. I stayed in villa D3, and it was excellent. General and important advice for everyone: before you arrive at the resort, take insect repellent with you, as insects are common in all the villas. Also, the resort could use a little more ant control. The ground floor, specifically the kitchen area, needs some minor repairs that don't detract from the overall feel, but they do require attention. The price was 8,100,000 for a 3-day stay in a two-bedroom villa. They will require a 1 million rupee security deposit upon check-in. I met an Arabic-speaking member of the management team who was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you to him and all the resort staff in general.
